tecdec.work is a building that goes beyond smart and uses technology to help tenant companies collaborate better, achieve elastic space and reduce occupancy costs.

Automated
daycrunch spaces are self-service and fully automated from booking, door access to invoicing. Our resulting fair prices are all-inclusive and include usage, beverages and WLAN.

Digitalised
You gain access to the booked daycrunch space via Touch Panels and Smartphone-Apps. If required, you can send each participant their own personal access PIN code and location details via E-mail.

Secure
We check the identity of each indivdual daycrunch user, prevent misuse and thereby ensure a safe, secure and professional working environment.
Welcome
With the access code, sent via E-mail, your guests can access the space as easily as you can.
All-inclusive
Beverages are included in all prices (except for events). The same goes for coffee, tea and WiFi.
Plug-in Displays
All conference rooms have large format displays or projectors available.

You can re-schedule or even cancel your bookings up to one business day before the start time.
