Register and login to the daycrunch booking engine, select the desired time and select a room. After you book, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the following information:

  • Date and time of the reservation
  • Location details with links on how-to-get-there information including direction maps
  • A personal PIN-Code for access control and WLAN

For events with other participants, you can add them as invitees during the booking process and they will also receive the above information by E-mail. As the host it is mandatory for you to download and use our App for access control purposes.

A one-time registration with identity verification is necessary before you make your first booking.
