How to Book Visitor Parking with daycrunch®
- Login to your daycrunch account
- Existing user: Log in to your daycrunch® account
- New Users: If your organization has a corporate account, please contact your company’s administrator to obtain your login credentials. If not, you can sign up here
- Select Start and End Time
- Choose the desired duration for the parking reservation.
- View Available Parking Bays
- A list of open parking spots corresponding to your selected time will be displayed.
- Click the “Book” Button
- Upon selecting a parking bay, click “Book” to proceed to the details page.
- Enter Visitor Information
- Provide the visitor’s details, including name and contact information. Optionally, input the vehicle’s license plate number for automatic garage door access.
- Confirm the Booking
- Review all entered information for accuracy, then confirm the reservation.
- Receive Confirmation Emails
- Visitor: An email containing a unique PIN code will be sent. If the license plate was provided, the system will register the vehicle for automatic entry.
- You: A confirmation email will be sent, including a link to cancel the booking if necessary.
- Billing
- The parking usage will be added to your or your organisation’s monthly daycrunch® bill.
Visitor Parking Details
Short term visitor parking
(upto 5 hours)
A quick chat? A meeting over a coffee?
We welcome your guests with up to 5 hours free parking in the front of the building. No booking or registration is required — just park and go.
Note: Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vehicles parked in the visitor car parks for longer than 5 hours will be towed away by a towing service and the costs must be borne by the vehicle owner.
Important:
These spaces are strictly for external visitors.
Cars belonging to tenants(companies or individuals renting space in the building) will be towed without warning 24×7.
Longer term visitor parking
(subject to a charge)
There are 7 visitor parking bays in the underground garage.
Cost: Parking fees are based on the booked duration and will be displayed during the booking process.
Booking a visitor parking space with daycrunch® is simple and fully digital. To begin, users log in to their daycrunch® account. Existing users can sign in directly, while new users can either register or obtain access through their organisation’s administrator.
Once logged in, you choose the desired start and end time for the parking reservation. The system will then display all available parking bays for that period. After selecting a space, you enter the visitor’s name, email address, and—if desired—the vehicle’s license plate number.
After reviewing the booking details, the reservation is confirmed, and both you and your visitor receive confirmation emails. The visitor’s email includes the date, time, location information, and access instructions.
Visitors can access the underground garage in one of three ways:
- By entering a personal PIN code sent via email,
- Via the daycrunch® app Android version or the iOS version,
- Or automatically, if their license plate was registered at the time of booking.
At the end of the month, the parking usage is added to your or your organisation’s daycrunch® invoice, with billing based only on actual usage.
